The Institute for Theological Encounter with Science and Technology (ITEST) was incorporated in 1968 under the Missouri not-for-profit Corporation Act and tax-exempt under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

ITEST is governed by a Board of Directors which is responsible to the Corporate Board
